These cake truffles are made using a Bailey's version of our classic vanilla cake.Combined with a silky coffee and Bailey's Swiss meringue buttercream. The coffee flavour is very subtle but helps the Bailey's to come through. Coated in Belgian milk chocolate with a white chocolate drizzle.
